Privacy and Security Practices

We encrypt your password and payment details using industry-standard TLS 1.2 protocols. Cookies on judototo track your session and game preferences, never your financial data.

Encryption

All data moving between your device and our servers is encrypted. Login credentials and DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS details are stored in hash format, never plain text.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your lobby preferences, and detect fraudulent login attempts. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings.

Account Verification

Before your first withdrawal, we ask for a government ID photo via Account > Verification. This step confirms you are who you say you are, then we delete the photo.

Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is open, then retain transaction history for three years after closure, where local law permits.

Device Security

If your account logs in from a new device, we send a confirmation email. Check Account > Active Sessions to see all logged-in devices and log out remotely if needed.

We delete your login details and active session data immediately. Transaction records stay for three years for regulatory compliance, where local law permits. After three years, we permanently remove everything unless legal holds apply.

We never sell your personal data. We share payment details only with your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS provider to process your deposit or withdrawal. Fraud-detection partners may see hashed account activity only, not your name or card details.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes—we cannot read them even if our servers were breached. We recommend a strong password (12+ characters, mixed case, numbers) and enabling two-factor authentication in Account > Security.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features—like staying logged in—may not work. You can clear cookies anytime. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Two-factor auth (2FA) adds a security layer: after you enter your password, we send a code to your phone. You enter that code to log in. Enable it in Account > Security Settings to prevent unauthorized access even if your password leaks.

All account and transaction data is stored on servers in Indonesia, depending on local law. We do not transfer personal data outside the region without explicit consent. You can request a data-location confirmation from support anytime.
